1. About us
Salt & Crust Co. is a small-batch, pre-order and pickup-only artisan pizza kitchen based in Sam Roi Yot, Thailand. By placing an order with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pickup
All pizzas are made to order in limited batches. Orders are confirmed only after we reply to your message and confirm payment. Pickup is required on the scheduled batch date at the address we provide when confirming your order. We do not offer delivery.
3. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your pre-order. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht and may change between batches.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Because every pizza is handmade to order from fresh ingredients, confirmed orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Website use
This website is provided for information and order tracking only. We may update menus, hours, and content at any time without notice.
